All of our products and services are subject to a high level of inspection and quality control at every stage of the process (including doing test bakes on every production batch). In October 2017 we chose to include the voluntary AVM12 AOECS Gluten-free module as part of our BRC audit. In 2022, this was replaced by the new BRCGS additional Gluten-Free module. The audit verifies that our manufacturing process for gluten free foods meets strict technical requirements. We successfully completed the module proving just how comprehensive our quality management system is and we have maintained that standard with annual auditing.
